摘要
目的研究粘毛鼠尾草的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从粘毛鼠尾草中分离鉴定了9个三萜化合物,分别为11α,23-二羟基羽扇豆醇(Ⅰ)、白桦酸(Ⅱ)、16β,28-二羟基羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ)、11α-羟基羽扇豆醇(Ⅳ)、3β,11α-二羟基-30-降羽扇豆-20-酮(Ⅴ)、3β-羟基-30-降羽扇豆-20-酮(Ⅵ)、1β,11α-二羟基羽扇豆醇(Ⅶ)、2α,3β-二羟基乌苏酸(Ⅷ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Salvia roborowskii Maxim. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by means of chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 11α,23- dihydroxy- lupeol( Ⅰ),betulinic acid( Ⅱ),16β,28- dihydroxy- lupeo( Ⅲ),11α- hydroxy- lupe( Ⅳ),3β,11α- dihydroxy- 30- norlupan- 20- one( Ⅴ),3β- hydroxy- 30- norlupan- 20- one( Ⅵ),1β,11α- dihydroxy- lupeol( Ⅶ),2α,3β- dihydroxyursolic acid( Ⅷ) and oleanic acid( Ⅸ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅷ and Ⅸ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
