加速溶剂萃取法检测4种中药材中52种农药的残留量 被引量:4

Determination of 52 kinds of pesticides in four traditional Chinese medicine by accelerated solvent extraction method

摘要 目的采用加速溶剂萃取法测定4种中药材中52种农药的残留量。方法通过对提取溶剂、吸附填料及萃取参数的优化,利用加速溶剂萃取技术一步提取与净化4种中药材中的残留农药。结果优化的工艺为:采用乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,弗罗里硅土5 g和石墨化炭黑0.1 g为混合吸附填料;葛根、藿香、鱼腥草、山药的回收率为70%-121%,RSD为1%-21%。结论所用方法简单、快速、高效,可用于中药材中残留农药的提取和净化。 OBJECTIVE To establish an accelerated solvent extraction method for the determination of 52 kinds of pesticides in four traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS Extraction conditions were optimized by comparing extraction solvents,sorbents and parameters of accelerated solvent extraction. The developed technology of accelerated solvent extraction integrated extraction and cleanup of pesticide residues in one step. RESULTS Ethyl acetate was used as extraction solvent,Florisil( 5 g) and graphitized carbon black( 0. 1 g) were used as sorbent. The recovery range of Pueraria thomsonii,Pogostemon cablin,Houttuynia cordata and Disoscorea opposita were 70%- 121% with the RSD of 1%- 21%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast and efficiency,and can be used to analyze pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine.
