阴极保护在长兴岛临港工业区二期供水工程输水钢管中的应用

摘要 长兴岛临港工业区二期供水工程的主要供水对象为大连长兴岛临港工业区,工程设计输水量23.86万m3/d,采用2条DN1400(DN1200)钢管输水,输水线路总长74.34 km,工程总投资14.07亿元。输水管线沿途穿越地质条件复杂,防护标准高,文中重点介绍了输水钢管上采用镁阳极、锌阳极的阴极保护技术的应用参数及技术要点,同时说明了施工中应注意的问题。 The major water supply object of the second session water supply project is Lingang industrial district, Changxing Island in Dalian city. The design water transfer quantity of the project is 23 8,600 m^3/d. Two DN1400 (DN1200) steel pipes were used for water delivery. The total length of water conveyance route is 74.34 km. The total project investment is RMB 1.407 billion. The water pipelines pass through complicated geological conditions and have high protection standards. This paper focused on application parameters and technical essentials of cathodic protection which applied on water conveyance steel pipes with magnesium anode and zinc anode. Meanwhile, pointed out the problems that should be paid more attention to during construction.
