摘要
斜坡振动碾压堆石坝迎水面垫层料方法,在东石湖水库枢纽调蓄水池中得到了应用。这一方法取消了传统的垫层料超填、削坡、转运以及挤压混凝土边墙的施工工序和环节;提高了迎水面垫层料的碾压质量;增强了面层混凝土的稳固性;减少了施工干扰,加快了坝体填筑施工进度;节约了人工、机械,混凝土材料资源,节省了投资,具有明显的社会和经济效益。
The method of rolling the upstream side-slope bedding of a rockfill dam has been used in the water storage pool of the Dongshihu Reservoir Hydroproject.It abolishes the traditional construction process and link which includes the bedding's extra-fill, slope-cutting, transport and construcuting the extrusion concrete side wall, raises the rolling quality of the bedding, strengthens the stability of the face slab concrete, reduces the construction disturbance, quickens project pace of filling the dam body, economizes the labour, machine and material resources of concrete and saves the engineering investment .So it has obvious social and ecuomic benefit.
