Safety Management of Producting Precast Concrete Segments of Tunnel Constructed by TBM

任何工作都离不开管理,管理水平的高低直接影响着工作的优劣,尤其是在安全生产工作中,管理工作占有举足轻重的地位,有效地安全管理是安全生产的重要保障之一。随着隧道修建技术的不断进步和发展,目前,盾构法施工也普遍应用于隧洞工程,相应的混凝土管片生产也日趋规范化、标准化。文中重点结合混凝土管片生产的工艺流程,根据各工艺涉及的机械设备使用情况,分析各工艺安全管理应注意的重点问题。

Any work is inseparable from the management,and the level of management affects the merits of the work. Especially in the safety production work,the management plays a pivotal role,and effective safety management is one of the important guarantee for safety in production. With the progress and development of tunnel construction technology, for shield construction, a widely used method in tunnel construction,and the concrete segment production is standardized increasingly. This paper analysis key problems that should be paid attention to the safety management,according to the use situation of mechanical equipment involved in every process and combining with the concrete segment production process.
