Exploration on the Construction of Intelligent Medical Appointment System in Hospital

通过梳理现有医疗检查流程,清理流程中的冗余和不合理环节,探索对医疗检查业务流程进行重组。基于医院信息系统搭建医院的智能医疗检查预约平台,实现医疗检查预约资源的整合以及统筹管理,缩短预约检查流程中的无效等候时间,提高患者满意度和工作效率。

By analyzing the existing medical examination process and removing the redundancy and unreasonable elements, this paper explores the establishment of intelligent medical examination appointment system, which is based on medical examination process reorganization in hospital information system （HIS）. It intends to implement the resource integration and general control of medical examination system, shorten the invalid waiting time within medical examination appointments, and improve the efficiency and satisfication of patients.
