Discussion on the Definition of Normal Lung Tissue in Three-Dimensional Conformal Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy of Lung Cancer

摘要 肺脏是放射敏感器官,行胸部局部放射治疗时需要严格控制正常肺组织的受量。本文通过分析肺内大体肿瘤体积不同的两组肺癌患者三维适形调强放射治疗计划中肺组织的4种轮廓勾画方式的相关数据,探讨正常肺组织的勾画方法,以期能够更加准确地预测放射性肺损伤。 Lung is one of the radiosensitive organs. The exposure dose of normal lung tissue should be strictly controlled in the local radiotherapy of chest. Based on the analysis of relevant data of four delineation methods of lung tissue in three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiation therapy for patients (group A) whose gross tumor volumes were less than 125 cm^3 and patients (group B) whose gross tumor volumes were great than 125 cm^3, this paper discussed the delineation methods of normal hmg tissue in order to accurately predict radiation-induced lung injury.
