摘要
[目的]了解苏州市大学生食品安全知识、态度、行为(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)现况,为开展大学生食品安全健康教育提供依据,初步探索健康教育的有效方法和形式。[方法]设计食品安全KAP调查问卷,对苏州市1 300名在校大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]大学生食品安全知识的平均得分为(45.34±4.80)分,不同生源地、月消费金额间大学生食品安全知识得分差异有统计学意义;大学生对食品安全教育普遍持积极态度,医学类专业学生的食品安全态度平均得分高于非医学类专业学生,且差异有统计学意义。受调查的学生中有55.10%的人认为有必要接受食品安全教育,部分大学生存在一些不良食品消费习惯;网络、电视、报刊杂志等媒体是大学生获取食品安全知识的主要途径。[结论]大学生普遍较关注食品安全问题且达到一定的关注度,但由于食品安全知识知晓程度较低,导致食品安全保护意识仍处在较低水平。应加强对大学生的食品安全教育,使其获取更多的食品安全知识,提高食品安全意识,改变不良行为习惯。
[ Objective ] To study the status of knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) on food safety among college students in Suzhou, and to provide scientific evidence for food safety education and explore effective method and style of health education. [ Methods ] A KAP questionnaire about food safety was designed and a related interview was conducted among 1300 college students in Suzhou. [ Results ] The average score of food safety knowledge was 45.34 ± 4.80. There were statistically differences among students with different origins and total expenses per month. The college students reported a positive attitude to food safety education. Specifically, the average score of food safety attitude among medical students was higher than that of non- medical students. Food safety education was regarded necessary by 55.10% college students. Some bad habits of food consumption existed among the college students. Intemet, television, and magazines were the main sources to botain information on food safety. [ Conclusion ] Although the college students generally concern about food safety, the food safety protection consciousness still need to be strengthened due to their low food safety awareness. So it is necessary to carry out food safety education among college students to help them obtain more food safety knowledge, improve food safety consciousness, and get ridof bad habits.
