安徽省中小学教师教育在基础教育发展中的历史贡献

Historical Contributions of Teacher Education to the Development of Basic Education of Anhui Province

通过对安徽省中小学教师教育历史发展演变的研究,探讨教师教育在基础教育发展中的历史贡献。可以看出,教师教育自新中国成立以来(尤其改革开放后),培养了大批新教师和在职教师。中小学教师队伍建设与基础教育发展紧密结合、互相促进。其贡献主要表现在促进中小学教师专业成长、引领学生全面发展、提升课堂教学水平和持续改善基础教育质量等方面。

The historical contributions of teacher education to the development of basic education of Anhui Province are explored through studying the evolution of primary and middle school teachers education. It is obvious that lots of new and in-service teachers have been trained since the founding of PRC （especially after the reforming and opening up）. The education of primary and middle school teachers is closely connected with the development of basic education, and the two have enhanced each other interaetively. The main con tributions of teacher education appear in promoting the teachers＂ professional development, helping the students＂ overall growth, raising classroom teaching effect and consistently improving the basic education quality.
