摘要 参数化设计利用参数来描述零件尺寸,设计时通过修改基本参数来更改零件的外形,实现参数对图形的驱动.文章运用UG软件对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮进行三维建模,将设计参数和三维模型进行关联.通过改变直齿轮的齿数z、模数m和齿宽B等基本参数,即可迅速精确地生成所需的直齿圆柱齿轮三维模型,实现了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化设计. Parametric design is to use parameters to describe sizes of parts. When we are designing, the shape of parts is changed by transforming basic parameters to achieve the sizes to drive the graphics. In this paper, UG software was introduced to conduct 3D models of cylindrical spur gear, the relations between 3D model and the characteristic parameters were set up. Through transforming the basic parameters(z) of spur gear, module(m) and tooth width(B), 3D models of cylindrical spur gear may be created rapidly and precisely with the efficiency of design upgraded. So efficiency of gear design is raised greatly.
