创新性、应用型、复合型"三型"人才的培养已成为地方高校的人才培养目标和教育目的.基于此,以"网络系统工程"实训教学为例,提出了一种实训教学的优化模式,并给出了相应解决方案及其具体设计.旨在夯实学生的理论基础、提高学生的动手能力、拓展学生的创新能力和综合技能,为高校实践实训提供一定的参考.

Taking the practical teaching of network system engineering as an example, it puts forward a kind of optimized model for practical teaching, with specific plans presented, to consolidate students＇ theoretic basis, to improve their operational ability, to develop students＇ innovative ability and comprehensive skills.
