摘要
医学生作为大学生中的一个特殊群体,既有大学生心理发展的共同特点,又有独特的个性特征.文章通过研究瑜伽运动与医学生心理健康的关联,分析医学生的年龄、专业和心理特点,发现瑜伽的健心功效能提高神经系统运动功能、训练注意力并提升心智、减轻心理压力、消除焦虑等.提出结合医学专业特点,开展针对性的瑜伽练习等举措,旨在提高医学生的心理健康水平,帮助他们更好的管理身心,为将来从事医疗服务工作打下良好的心理基础.
Medical students, as a special part of whole college students, have common specialties of psychological health of college students, as well as distinctive specific character at the same time. Through researching connection between yoga and the psychological health of medical student, this article analyses the features of the age, specialties and psychology of medical students, and finds out that Yoga's mind- strengthening efficiency can enhance sport function of nerve system, train attention, and advance noema, relieve psychological pressure, eliminate anxiety, and so on. Author puts forward measures including conducting pertinent yoga practice for medical students to raise college students' psychological health level, help them better manage their mind and body, create a good psychological foundation for their medical work in the future.
