完善我国建筑节能政策体系的对策研究

Study of the Countermeasures for Improving Building Energy Conservation Policy System in China

建筑节能工作事关我国能源工程可持续发展。文章在检索国内外相关研究文献基础上,针对我国建筑节能政策现状及其实施效果,结合当前我国建筑节能政策实施中存在的关键问题,从完善建筑节能市场调控体系、建筑节能技术体系、建筑节能财税激励政策体系三个方面,提出有针对性的政策建议。

T he building energy conservation is crucial to the sustainable development of energy engi‐neering in China .Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad ,this paper discusses the status quo of building energy conservation policy in China and its implementation effect ,and analyzes the main problems in this respect .Some countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of the im‐provement of market regulation system ,technology system and finance and tax incentive system of building energy conservation .
