Analysis of Huang Yuanshen's Translation of The Picture of Dorian Grain Based on House's Translation Quality Assessment Model

文章运用朱莉安·豪斯的"翻译质量评估模式"分析了黄源深译《道连·格雷的画像》,不仅尝试在实践中验证该模式,还对黄译本进行了评估。通过分析认为,黄译本基本属于显性翻译,原文和译文符合度很高,是一部质量上乘的译本。

Based on Julian House＇s Translation Quality Assessment Model, this paper analyzes Huang Yuanshen＇s translation of The Picture of Dorian Grain. The implementation of this model to evaluate Huangs translation aims not only to verify the model but also to assess the quality of the translation. Through analysis, Huang＇s translation is identified as basically overt translation. His translation high- ly corresponds to the source text, and it is of very high quality.
