摘要
运用主成分分析法和DEA数据包络的CCR和BCC模型对2012年我国农村水利建设投入效率进行分析和评价。研究发现,我国农村水利投入产出效率的总体水平偏低。我国东部地区的纯技术效率显著高于中部和西部地区的纯技术效率,地区性差异明显,体现了我国在对农村水利建设的技术投入、管理创新等方面存在着地区性差异。另外,我国大部分地区的农村水利建设效率都表现为规模效益无效。
By using principal component analysis and DEA model ,this paper investigates the efficiency of China's rural water conservancy input in 2012 .Results show that the overall level of China's rural water conservancy input efficiency is quite low .Pure techni‐cal efficiencies of eastern regions are slightly higher than those in any other areas of China .Pure technical efficiency has significant regional differences ,which shows the differences in technical input and management innovation of rural water conservancy construction .Besides ,there is no scale efficiency of rural water conservancy in most regions of our country .
