摘要 研究慢性心力衰竭患者的血浆N-末端脑利尿肽(NBNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)以及血清中甲状腺激素水平(T3/r T3)等指标的变化情况,分析其间的相关性,从而探讨心功能相关指标与甲状腺激素水平间存在的相关性及临床意义。 To study the changes of N -terminal brain diuresis peptide （NBNP）, left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF） and thyroid hormone （T3/rT3）level in serum ofpatients with ehronic heart failure, analysethe correlation between them, so as to explore the correlations between thyroid hormone levelsand eardiac funetionparameters and the clinical significance.
