头孢他啶联合复合乳酸菌素胶囊治疗老年人急性细菌性腹泻效果评价

Observation on clinical efficacy of ceftazidime combined with lactobacillus complex capsules in treatment of acute bacterial diarrhea in the elderly

目的观察头孢他啶联合复合乳酸菌素胶囊治疗老年人急性细菌性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将240例老年细菌性腹泻患者随机分为A组(左氧氟沙星组),B组(头孢他啶组)和C组(头孢他啶联合复合乳酸菌素胶囊组)各80例。结果 A组总有效率:88.75%,B组为96.25%,C组为97.5%,C组疗效优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组显效率(78.75%)显著高于A组(56.25%)及B组(63.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组及B组不良反应率均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢他啶联合复合乳酸菌素胶囊治疗老年人细菌性腹泻疗效确切,较左氧氟沙星显效快疗效好,不良反应发生率低,是治疗老年人急性细菌性腹泻安全有效的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ceftazidime combined with lactobacillus complex capsules in the treatment of acute bacterial diarrhea in the elderly. Methods The 240 eases of bacterial diarrhea in elderly patients were randomly divided into group A （levofloxacin group）, group B （ceftazidime group） and group C （ceftazidime combined with lactobacillus complex capsules group） with 80 cases in each. Results The total efficiency was 88.75% in group A, 96.25% in group B and 97.5% in group C. Compared with group A , group C was better in curative effect and lower adverse reaction. The significant efficiency in group C （78.75%） was higher than that in group A （56.25%） and group B （63.75%） . The rate of adverse reactions in group B and group C were lower than the A group. Conclusions It is exact effect to treat acute bacterial diarrhea in the elderly by ceftazidime combined with lactobacillus complex capsules. Compared with levofloxacin group, ceftazidime combined with lactobacillus complex capsules group was better in curative effect and lower adverse reaction. It is a safe and effective treatment method for the elderly with acute bacterial diarrhea.
