This paper analyzed the requirement for talents in the new situation of the pharmaceutical industry, we elaborated the construction of pharmacy practice teaching system forpharmaceutical major in higher vocational colleges under the new situationfrom the practice of teaching content selection, four step teaching mode construction of occupation, task oriented teaching mode implementation, establishment of comprehensive evaluation system through combination ofproduction skills assessment and occupation quality, training＂ double division＂ practical teachers through the combination of come in and go out strategy and other aspects.
