大专护生应对方式与心理韧性相关分析

Correlations between resilience and coping style ofassociate degreestudents

目的了解大专学护生应对方式和心理韧性的特点,探索应对方式和心理韧性之间的关系。方法采用简易应对方式问卷和青少年心理韧性量表对191例大专护生进行测定。结果 191例大专学护生积极应对方式与心理韧性的目标专注维度、积极认知维度、家庭支持维度及个人力、支持力两个分量表呈正相关;消极应对方式与心理韧性的目标专注维度、情绪控制维度、家庭支持维度、人际协助维度及个人力和支持力两个分量表呈负相关。结论大专护生的应对方式和心理韧性密切相关,优化其应对方式能够增强大专学护生的心理韧性,心理韧性的增强也能够促使其采用积极的应对方式。

Objective To learn the features of resilience and coping style of nursing students, and explore the relationship between resilience and coping style. Methods 191 associate degree nursing students were surveyed with the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The positive coping style of the 191 associate degree nursing students has positive correlation with target focused dimension, positive cognitive dimension, family support and individual and supportive subscales of resilience. The negative coping style of the 191 associate degree nursing students has negative correlation with target focused dimension, emotional control dimension, family support dimension, interpersonal assistance dimension and individual and supportive subscales. Conclusions Theresilience of the associate degree nursing students is closely related to the coping style. Optimized the coping style can enhance the resilience. Great resilience can promote the nursing students adopt positive coping style.
