摘要 对PTT/PET段缩丝形状记忆织物进行精练、碱减量和染色处理,通过正交试验,探讨精练工艺条件和碱减量工艺条件对织物精练及碱减量效果的影响,并比较分析不同后加工工艺对织物形状记忆性的影响。研究结果表明,优化的精练工艺为:精练剂浓度3 g/L,处理温度90℃,处理时间40 min,纯碱浓度1 g/L,硅酸钠浓度0.3 g/L,浴比1∶50。优化的碱减量工艺为:表面活性剂浓度0.5 g/L,Na OH浓度15 g/L,处理温度95 min,处理时间20 min,浴比1∶50。后加工对织物形状记忆性的影响规律是:后加工程序越多,织物的形状记忆性越好;精练处理对织物形状记忆性的提高效果最显著,碱减量及染色整理对织物形状记忆性的提高较缓。 To process PTT/PET section shrinkage filament yarn shape memory fabric by adopting refining, alkali deweighting, dyeing. The orthogonal test is conducted to explore the impact of refining and alkali deweighting process conditions on the treatment of the fabric. The research result shows that the optimization of refining process is as follows : the concentration of scouring agent 3g/L, temperature at 90℃, reaction duration for 40mins, soda ash 1g/L, sodium silicate 0.3g/L, bath ratio 1:50, and the optimization of alkali deweighting process: surfactant 0.5g/L, the concentration of NaOH 15g/L, temperature at 95℃, reaction duration for 20rains, bath ratio 1: 50. The influence of post processing on the shape memory of fabric is : the more the post processing is done, the better the shape memory will be. The effect of refining processing on shape memory of fabric is most remarkable. The effect of alkali deweighting and dyeing processing on shape memory of fabric is gentle.
