摘要
介绍了一种可应用于四罗拉紧密纺上的新型阻捻皮辊保持架,对其结构、性能特点进行了具体分析。在此基础上,分别利用该新型阻捻皮辊保持架和传统保持架在SDDA2122P型气动摇架和YJ2-142A型弹簧摇架上纺制13.0 tex60/40 CJ/T和7.3 tex 65/35 CJ/T纱线,并对成纱质量和压力进行了对比。指出:新型阻捻皮辊保持架性能优越,压力稳定,成纱质量良好。
A new type of resistant twist top roller cage used in the four roller compact spinning is introduced with its structure and performances analyzed. Then, two kinds of yarns 13.0tex CJ/T 60/40 and 7.3tex CJ/T 65/35 are spun on four roller compact spinning system with this new type of resistant twist top roller cage and traditional cage on SDDA2122P type pneumatic cradle and YJ2 - 142A type spring cradle respectively, and the yarn qualities and roller pressure are measured. It indicates that compared with traditional cage, the quality of fromed yarn is better and the pressures of the new type of resistant twist top roller cage is more stable.
