摘要
主要阐述了新型蔬菜作物黄秋葵的营养、药用成分和药用价值,也介绍了其加工研发特性与应用前景,并结合冻干工艺的应用现状和技术优势,提出了运用冻干技术研发黄秋葵新型休闲、健康、高端食品。
This article described okra's nutrition, medicinal components and medicinal value, and analyzed its processing characteristics and application prospect. Combined with current situation and technical advantages of freeze-dried process, we proposed using freeze-dried technology for research and development of new leisure, healthy, high-end food of okra.
