摘要 为探明不同氮素水平对惠东甜玉米生长及叶片SPAD值的影响,以当地甜玉米种植品种华美甜168为材料,研究优化施氮量的0%、75%、100%、150%4个氮素水平下,甜玉米株高、茎叶鲜质量、干质量及叶片SPAD值的差异。结果表明,试验条件下,甜玉米株高,茎叶鲜质量、干质量均随施氮量的增加而增加,产量则是优化施氮量100%处理最高,其次是150%的处理,说明氮素营养并非越高越有利于产量的形成。在生产中应结合土壤养分状况及气候条件等科学施用氮肥,结合叶片SPAD值,及时合理追肥,以达到增产增效的目的。 To explore effects of different nitrogen levels on growth and leaf SPAD value of sweet corn in Huidong, we took local sweet corn cultivar Huameitian 168 as experiment material, and studied the height of plant, the weight of fresh stem and leaf, the weight of dry stem and leaf and the value of leaf SPAD at 0%, 75%, 100%and 150%of optimized nitrogen application amount. The results showed that, except for the value of leaf SPAD, the other indexes increased with increase of nitrogen fertilizer application amount. And sweet corn with 100% optimized nitrogen fertilizer application amount had the highest yield, followed by 150% optimized nitrogen fertilizer application amount, which was indicated that yield decreased as excessive nitrogen fertilizer was applied. In production, we shoul d reasonably apply nitrogen fertilizer in time combing with soil nutrient condition, climatic condition and leaf SPAD value, in order to increase yield and benefit.
