Application of cationic feather protein auxiliary in fixation of sulfur dyed cotton fabric

选用阳离子蛋白助剂对硫化染料染色棉织物进行浸渍法固色处理,探讨了固色工艺条件对染色棉织物耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度的影响,确定了最佳固色工艺条件.结果表明,硫化染料染色棉织物采用蛋白助剂浸渍法固色后,织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均有所提高.

Sulfur dye cotton fabric was fixed with the cationic feather protein auxiliary by immersion meth？od. The effect of fixing technology conditions on the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of sulfur dyed cot？ton fabric was discussed. Then the fixing technology conditions were optimized. The results indicated that the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the dyed cotton fabric fixed with protein auxiliary were enhanced.
