摘要 采用退浆酶DM-9652对全棉毛巾坯巾进行酶氧一浴法前处理,探论了退浆液pH、酶退浆温度和时间、退浆酶和过氧化氢用量、练漂温度和时间等因素对前处理效果的影响,并采用正交试验优化了工艺。结果表明:在优化工艺条件下,采用退浆酶DM-9652对全棉毛巾织物进行酶氧一浴法前处理后,织物毛效7.3 cm,白度77.0,断裂强力312.6 N,相比传统碱氧前处理,毛效、白度相差不大,而断裂强力损失较小。 The cotton towel grey fabric was pretreated with desizing enzyme DM-9652 by enzyme-peroxide one bath process. Effects of pH, desizing temperature and time, dosage of desizing enzyme and hydrogen peroxide, scouring temperature and time on pretreatment effect were discussed. And the process was optimized with orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the fabric capillary effect was 7.3 cm, the whiteness was 77.0, the breaking strength was 312.6 N, after the cotton towel grey fabric prepared with desizing enzyme DM-9652 under the optimized conditions. Compared with the traditional alkali-oxygen pretreatment, the capillary effect and brightness of cotton towel was comparable, but breaking strength loss was lower.
