摘要
在纺织行业普遍不景气的大环境下,工厂利润越来越薄弱,公司要想生存,降低内部生产成本已刻不容缓,从生产用水、用电及生产效率3个方面来说,我司染色分厂还有很大提升空间。从染缸节电、水回收再利用和蒸汽减温减压3个方面对染色分厂进行节能改造研究,研究内容包括技术攻关、原理支撑和实际效益3个方面,从理论和现实的角度综合分析了改造方案的可行性。
The factory profit become weakness in the textile industry in general downturn of the environment. In order to survive, reducing the cost of production has been crunch time. Our dyeing factory has great promotion space in the terms of production water, electricity and production efficiency. Dyeing factory for energy saving reconstruction was studied in the terms of dye vat power-saving, water recycling and steam desuperheat and decompression in this paper. Technical research, theory support and practical benefits were included in this article. The feasibility of rehabilitation programs was analyzed from the perspective of theory and reality.
