液压支架护帮板收回效果分析与研究

Research on Closed Position of Flipper of Hydraulic Support

针对液压支架护帮板收回未达到设计要求位置的问题,引入护帮板装置自身重力,建立力平衡关系式,分析和研究了护帮板收回效果。通过举例,介绍了力平衡关系式的应用方法,同时把理论计算值与实际测量数据进行了对比,说明了用力学方法分析和研究护帮板收回效果的必要性。

The paper aims at the problem of hydraulic support flipper which couldn＇t reach the designed closed position, analyzes and studies the effect of flipper in closed position. The research deducts formula which shows the relation among relevant forces balance by inducting self gravity. It demonstrates the application of the formula by examples, and compares the theoretical calculation with the actual values. It is concluded that it is right to use this force balance analysis method to analyze the closed position of the flipper.
