摘要
针对现有各种托辊旋转阻力测试方法中,难以进行在不同托辊负载和转速下测试,在测试精度以及应用便捷性方面存在的问题,设计了一种基于普通车床的托辊旋转阻力测试装置。该装置由托辊卡具、压力传感器、放大器和USB数据采集卡组成,在Labview软件支持下,使用普通笔记本就可以进行测试。对该测试装置的测试方法和测试数据误差进行了分析和实际检测,分析认为用正反转测试方法可显著降低数据误差;实际测试数据表明该测试装置的实验数据误差小,重复性好。
According to the detects of various kinds of available test device for rotation resistance of idler, such as they always cannot be tested with various loads and rotating speed, and cannot guarantee the test precision, and also in convenience, a test device is developed for rotation resistance of idler based on lathe. The device was composed of idler fixtures, pressure sensors, signal-amplifiers, and USB-DAQ card, with the support of Labview, the experiment could be achieved by laptop. The paper analyzed the method and errors of test data with this test device, and the analysis results showed that the data error could be remarkably decreased by positive-negative rotating. The actual test data showed the error is low and the repeatability is good by using the test device.
