摘要
介绍了螺旋输送机的原理,论述了其在选型和设计中转速、螺距和电机功率的选择方法以及应注意的问题,并使用Solidworks Simulation对其在工作条件下的疲劳强度进行了有限元仿真。
The principle of screw conveyor was introduced in this paper, the selection method of its speed, pitch, motor power and problems that should be paid attention in the selection and design were discussed and the fatigue strength in the working condition was analyzed by finite element simulation using Solid Works simulation.
