基于刚柔耦合的起重机卷筒动强度分析

摘要 利用ADAMS多体系统动力学软件进行起重机起升机构动态强度分析,其起升机构由离散的钢丝绳和柔性卷筒模型组成,并根据起重机实际起升工况来施加各部件载荷和驱动。其中建立卷筒动力学分析模型是整个动力学仿真系统的关键,通过离散的多刚体模块外加Bushing约束模拟钢丝绳的动刚度特性,从而实现钢丝绳和卷筒之间的复杂作用模拟,真实反映实际钢丝绳卷筒运行情况,揭示了卷筒和钢丝绳之间的作用力。仿真结果全面地显示了起升工况中各部件的动态响应情况,完善了一些在常规理论计算中无法被计算出的结果。建立的虚拟样机模型应用于起重机起升系统设计和评估中,能够节约一定的人力和试验资源。 Based on the multi-body system dynamics in the ADAMS environment, crane, dynamic strength analysis of hoisting mechanism of crane was researched. In this model, the lifting mechanism system is made up of the discrete wire rope sections and flexible body dynamics model of the reel fulcrum. The virtual running environment with the load and drive components was established according to the actual crane operation cases. It is the key step to build the reel fulcrum dynamics model for the performance analysis of system dynamics. Variable stiffness characteristics of wire rope of hoisting mechanism are implemented successfully through discrete multiple rigid body being applied to the wire rope in this paper. The simulation results fully show that the dynamic response value of the components in ascending condition. These results show that the model reflects the actual dynamics of the reel fulcrum of crane, and also presents that some of the theoretical analysis results cannot be usually confirmed. Virtual prototype simulation results will be applied to prototype design and evaluation, and save some manpower and material resources.
