摘要
通过对煤矿井下重载支架搬运车摆动梁的典型工况进行受力分析,确定了其摆动梁有限元分析的载荷边界条件。通过有限元计算得出摆动梁强度分析的计算结果,为支架搬运车摆动梁结构设计及校核提供了依据。该摆动梁结构的重载型支架搬运车在工业性试验时表现良好。
Based on the mechanical analysis of walking beam for heavy load support vehicle under typical work condition, the load boundary condition of the walking beam is confirmed in finite element analysis. And the calculate result of strength analysis for the walking beam is obtained, providing a basis for the design and strength checkout of walking beam for support vehicle. The heavy load support vehicle with the above walking beam has behaved well in industrial trial.
