摘要
通过建立桥式起重机的两自由度动力学模型,并且为简化计算将其转化为等效的单自由度模型进行了振动引起的动张力的计算分析。根据单自由度振动理论推导出了动张力的计算公式,从动张力和刚性系数计算公式推导出钢丝绳下放高度和滑轮组倍率与动张力的关系,为设计和控制方面提供了一定的理论基础。
The analysis of dynamic tension caused by vibration was conducted through the equivalent single degree of freedom model,who was simplified from bridge crane's two degrees of freedom dynamic model. On the base of single degree of freedom vibration theory, dynamic tension calculation formular was worked out. The relationship between the block and tackle ratio as well as the length of steel wire rope and dynamic tension can be derived from dynamic tension and stiffness coefficient calculation formular, which can provide theoretical foundation for designing and controlling.
