摘要
建立了自卸车T式三角放大举升机构多柔体动力学仿真模型,较为合理地处理了柔体之间铰接的问题,准确地模拟举升机构工作过程;得出了举升机构工作过程各个运动副的受力变化图和各个柔体的动态应力图,对设计举升机构提出了优化的建议;模拟了自卸车使用中地面有侧向倾斜的工况,得出这种工况下柔体容易失效的部位应力图,对自卸车的可靠性影响做了部分阐述。
The MFBD model of T-type lifting mechanism of dump truck is built, the articulated problem between the flexible body is reasonably handled, the working course of the lifting mechanism working is simulated accurately,the force figure of the joint and the dynamic stress figure of flexible bodies are obtained, the advise to the design of the lifting mechanism is produced; the working condition that the dump truck is on the side direction slant ground is simulated, the stress fatigue of the easy disable part is obtained, the affect to the reliability of the dump truck is partly stated.
