摘要
通过大尺寸整体凸轮轴的工艺分析,提出在加工中心上的凸轮铲铣加工编程方法,在AutoCAD中通过自动作图及数据库访问及数据处理完成凸轮轴型线的数控加工程序编制,其特点是采用了直线的自动绘制及端点数据自动提取。
Through the whole process of large size camshaft are analyzed, and some suggestions on the processing center in milling process programming method, automatic drawing in AutoCAD through data processing and database access and finish the camshaft type line for CNC programming. Its characteristic is using linear automatic drawing and endpoint data automatic extraction.
