摘要
在薄煤层开采中,工作空间狭小,设计了一种液压马达驱动刮板输送机,改变刮板输送机机头机尾动力装置,减小了刮板输送机机头和机尾的体积,设计了相应的液压传动系统。针对液压驱动刮板输送机,提出了变频调速控制系统,能够对刮板输送机不同工况的速度和整体运行状态实施完全的监测和控制,提高了刮板输送机的自动化程度。
Because of narrow space in thin coal seam, in this paper the hydraulic driven scraper conveyor have been designed, by changing the head and tail's drive device of scraper conveyor, the size of the head and tail of scraper conveyor decrease greatly. For this scraper conveyor, this paper put forward for a variable frequency hydraulic speed system, it monitoring and controlling total of running state and scraper conveyor at different working condition's speed, the system could improve degree of automation in scraper conveyor.
