摘要
针对液压支架活动侧护板在井下使用过程中出现的收不回锁不上的问题,对现有的常用锁紧方式进行分析,确定了影响上述情况发生的原因,通过改进锁紧机构和控制尺寸公差配合等策略使侧护板收不回锁不上的问题得到明显改善,方便井下人员操作,提高生产效率,为液压支架的优化设计奠定基础。
This thesis analyzes the common locking mode to find out the problem causing the malfunction that the side shield on the hydraulic support during use underground cannot retract or lock,and provides the solution that can improve the situation obviously by adjusting the locking mechanism and controlling the dimensional tolerance and so on,to offer convenience to the underground operation and to improve the production efficiency and lay the foundation of the optimization design of the hydraulic support.
