摘要
为了满足齿轮箱远程监测与分析的要求,设计了以TMS320F28335为核心处理器的在线监测系统。该系统可以脱离上位机直接运行,利用F28335的高性能的数据处理能力,结合丰富的外围模块,实现了对齿轮箱的信号采集,信号传输,信号处理分析,输出结果一系列功能。针对机电设备采集数据量大,计算缓慢,分析结果不准确等因素,采用粒子群优化神经网络嵌入DSP中齿轮箱的在线故障诊断。使用监测系统对JZQ250型齿轮箱进行测试,表明系统能够实现长时间在线监测,并能正确识别故障。
In order to meet the requirements of remote monitoring and analysis of gearbox, designed to TMS320F28335 on-line monitoring system for the core processor.
