摘要 黑龙江省矿产资源种类繁多,储量丰富,为更好地统计和监测黑龙江省资源信息,更好地应对和解决矿产资源发展不平衡、矿产资源监测时效性差、效率低等问题,建立黑龙江省资源信息管理系统。系统的设计与实现是在Visual Studio 2008开发环境下,采用C#作为开发语言,使用SQL Server 2008数据库,选择C/S(客户端/服务器)运行模式,利用GIS技术建立该矿产资源信息管理系统。该系统的建立有利于更好地了解黑龙江省矿产资源信息动态变化情况,有利于资源管理人员更加科学、合理地统计和分析矿区的资源状况,实现对矿区资源的高效监测和管理,对黑龙江省矿产资源的配置和市场化经营方案的制定具有重要意义。 In order to summarize and monitor the resource information in Heilongjiang province, and solve the problems such as unbalanced development of mineral resources, unsatisfied monitoring effectiveness of mineral resources and the low efficiency, the re- sources information management system of Heilongiiang province was established. The system was designed and realized in the Visual Studio 2008 development environment with C# programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. The C/S(client/server) mode of operation was selected, and GIS technology was used to establish the information system. The system can help us better understand the dynamic changes of mineral resources in Heilongjiang province, conduct reasonable analysis on the resource status at different mining area, and make efficient management and monitoring of mining resources possible. It is of great significance to make configuration and the management in the market of mineral resources in Heilongjiang province.
