城市道路信号交叉口安全评价体系的构建与应用

Construction and Application of Safety Evaluation System for City Road Signal Intersections

作为各类交通流交汇的节点,城市道路交叉口的交通安全状况不容忽视,如何对交叉口的安全进行科学合理的评价是交通领域的主要研究内容之一,也是提高交叉口安全性能必须解决的问题。本文从导致交叉口不安全的实质原因角度出发,引入安全服务水平这一新的交通安全衡量指标来评价城市道路平面交叉口的安全性;从交通系统中的人、车、路及环境4大组成要素出发,归纳出影响交叉口安全的影响因素,从中筛选出评价指标,构建安全评价指标体系,建立评价模型;以评价模型的计算结果危险度数值作为中心线,将城市道路交叉口的安全服务水平划分为4个等级,制定了等级标准,为开展城市道路平面交叉口的安全评价及后续的安全改善提供了新思路。

As the nodes of various traffic intersections, the traffic safety situation of city road intersections cannot be ignored. How to perform scientific and reasonable evaluation on intersection safety is one of the main research contents in the traffic field, which must be solved to improve the safety performance of intersections. In this paper, the causes of substantial unsafe intersections were an- alyzed and a new traffic safety evaluation index, level of safety service, was introduced to evaluate the safety of city road intersections. Starting from the four component elements in the transport system, including human, vehicle, road, and environment, the factors that affect the evaluation of intersection safety were summarized. The factors were screened to construct the safety evaluation index sys- tem, and an evaluation model was established. The calculation results of the evaluation model, namely the risk values, were used as the center line, and the city road intersection safety service levels were divided into four grades, and the corresponding grade standards were made, which has provided a new idea for the safety evaluation of city road intersections and subsequent safety improvement.
