Teaching Reform and Discussion of “Production Planning and Control”

通过对"生产计划与控制"传统教学方法的探讨,指出课堂教学模式的优点和弊端,提出生产计划与控制课程教学方法改革方法。从自编教材、多媒体教学、多种方式相融合的教学方法及实践教学、网络教学、考核体系等多方面进行分析研究,发现现代教学中,应当结合多种教学方法,根据生产计划与控制课程内容多、实践性强的特点,从教师授课、学生学习等角度来制定教学计划和教学模式,并且通过多样化的考核体系来检验学习效果,促进学生学习积极性的提高,从而提升生产计划与控制课程的教学效果。

On the basis of the summary of the teaching methods for the course of ＂Production Planning and Control＂, the advan- tages and disadvantages of class teaching are pointed out and a new methodology for the course teaching of Production Planning and Control is put forward. This teaching reform includes the discussions of self-compiled teaching materials, multimedia teaching, multi- modal teaching, practical teaching, online education, and evaluation system. The research indicates that the modern teaching form should combine multifarious teaching approaches within the course of Production Planning and Control which is comprehensive and strong practicing. Moreover, the teaching plans and models are supposed to be considered from the perspectives of the teachers and students. And diversifying the evaluation system is effective to access the learning effects. All of these reforms and discussions are beneficial to enhance the teaching effect and students＇ learning initiative to study better.
