耳针配合穴位埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察

Auricular acupuncture catgut embedding therapy with chronic fatigue syndrome

目的:探讨耳针配合穴位埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察。方法:随机抽取本院2011年11月-2014年6月共收治的180例慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为两组,治疗组100例,对照组80例。结果:两组患者经临床治疗后,治疗组有效率96%明显优于对照组84%,经统计学分析,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳针配合穴位埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征,其临床副作用小,简单易学,便于操作,经济适用,为临床治疗的一种特色疗法,值得临床长期推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of auricular acupuncture with catgut implantation treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods： Randomly selected hospital in November 2011 -2014 in June were treated 180 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome clinical data were retrospectively analyzed were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 100 eases, 80 eases in the control group.Resuits ： Two groups of patients after clinical treatment, the treatment group was 96% higher than the control group 84%, the statistical analysis, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusion： auricular acupuncture with catgut implantation treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, a small clinical side effects, easy to learn, easy to operate, affordable, for the clinical treatment of a signature treatments is worthy of long-term application.
