坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石的临床研究

Clinical study of tamsulosin treatment in lower ureteral calculi

目的探讨坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石的临床效果。方法将我院2012年9月-2014年1月收洽的98例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为坦索罗辛组和对照组，随访2周，比较两组结石排出率、结石排出时间、。肾绞痛发生率。结果坦索罗辛组结石排出率为73．5％，结石排出时间为2～12（6．8±2．4）d，肾绞痛发生率为24．5％；对照组结石排出率为46．9％，结石排出时间为4～14（10．4±2．4）d，肾绞痛发生率为46．9％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P值分别为0．013、0．000、0．034）。结论坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石可以提高结石清除率，缩短平均结石排出时间并降低肾绞痛发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of tamsulosin in treatment of lower ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 98 pa- tients with lower ureteral calculi at our hospital from Sep 2012 to Jan 2014 were divided into tamsulosiu group and control group at random. They were all followed up for 2 weeks and compared in aspects of success rate of stone clearance, time of calculi expulsion and incidence of renal colic episodes. Results The rate of stone clearance was 73.5% for the tamsulosin group and 46.9% for the control group ; the time for calculi expulsion was 2 - 12 （6.8 ± 2.4） vs 4 - 14 （ 10.4± 2.4 ） ; the rate of renal colic episodes was 24.5% vs 46.9% （P = 0. 013, P = 0. 000, P = 0. 034）. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Tamsulosin can improve the stone clearance, shorten the mean time for calculi expulsion, and decrease the incidence of renal colic episodes in patients with lower ureteral calculi.
