摘要
目的:检测宫颈癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率及人半翼基因(HWAPL)蛋白表达水平,探讨高危型HPV感染与HWAPL蛋白表达的关系。方法:收集宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织及宫颈癌组织石蜡标本共132例,其中CINⅠ29例、CINⅡ28例、CINⅢ35例、宫颈癌40例,应用HPV分型基因芯片系统检测其内HPV并分型,应用PV-9000法进行HWAPL染色。结果:宫颈癌和CINⅢ组织中高危型HPV阳性率高于CINⅡ和CINⅠ组织(χ2=34.560,P<0.001)。宫颈癌和CIN组织中HWAPL蛋白表达强度比较,差异有统计学意义(H=58.981,P<0.001)。高危型HPV感染与HWAPL蛋白表达有关联(rP=0.356,P=0.001)。结论:HWAPL蛋白异常表达可能是高危型HPV致宫颈癌发病的重要环节。
Aim:To detect the infection rate of high-risk HPV and the expression level of HWAPL in cervical cancer tissue and to investigate the relationship between them .Methods:Gene chip technology was used to detect HPV genoty-ping,at the same time PV-9000 immunohistochemistry was used to detect HWAPL protein expression in 132 specimens(in-cluding CINⅠ29 cases, CINⅡ28 cases, CINⅢ35 cases, and cervical cancer 40 cases).Results:The positive rates of high-risk HPV in cervical cancer and CINⅢwere significantly higher than those in CINⅡ and CINⅠ(χ2 =34.560,P〈0.001).The expression level of HWAPL protein in cervical cancer and CIN were significantly different (H=58.981,P〈0.001).High-risk HPV infection was positively correlated with HWAPL protein expression (rP =0.356,P =0.001). Conclusion:The abnormal expression of HWAPL may be an important part for high-risk HPV induced cervical cancer .
