前路椎间融合术治疗腰椎退变性疾病 被引量：3

摘要 前路腰椎融合（anterior lumbar interbody fusion ，ALIF）首先是Burns［1］1933年报道的，以后Lane等［2］报道了经腹ALIF 治疗椎体滑脱，而O＇Bnen［3］则报道了经腹膜外ALIF，现在ALIF 已被广泛地应用于临床。郑州大学第一附属医院骨科应用自锁稳定型椎间融合器前路小切口行ALIF，取得满意疗效，报道如下。
