摘要
城市社区卫生服务系统与其他社会子系统的有机、协调发展是保证其有效运行的前提,而人的因素、经济因素、制度因素、观念因素是促进城市社区卫生服务可持续发展的主要支撑条件。本文结合城市社区卫生服务发展的现实情况,从复杂系统的角度分析城市社区卫生服务发展的运行机制过程、特点及组成要素,旨在为促进城市社区卫生服务的可持续发展提供理论借鉴。
The organic and coordinated development of city community health service system with other social subsystems is the premise of its effective operation.The human factors,economic factors,institutional factors,and management institution are the main supporting factors for promoting the sustainable development of urban community health services.According to the reality of urban community health service development,the paper analyzed the operation mechanism,characteristics and composing elements of urban community health service from the perspective of complex system,which helps to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of urban community health service.
