Team Construction and Management of Community Health Service Center Based on 5P3C Theory

本文以团队理论为基础,对团队的要素及要求进行应用性阐述,就目前社区卫生服务团队的现状重点分析了社区卫生服务专业团队与服务团队的区别、组成方法,以及目前社区卫生服务团队中存在的误区,对如何建立社区卫生服务团队及团队的管理等方面提出了建议。

This article firstly makes an analysis and application to the team elements and requirements with the team theory,and then analyzes the differences between the general practitioner（ GP） professional- team and servicing-team,team compositing methods based on the current status of community health service（ CHS） team as well as the misunderstanding in building CHS team,finally puts forward some advises on how to build and manage CHS team.
