株洲站运输组织存在问题及对策

Problems Existing in Transport Organization of Zhuzhou Station and Its Countermeasures

针对株洲站车站概况及实际作业情况,分析株洲站运输组织存在的站场设备设施布局影响运输能力、到发不均衡造成高峰时段能力紧张、列车技术作业时间超标等问题,在此基础上提出调整部分旅客列车运行径路、实施跨局轮乘机车长交路、调整技术作业时间标准、规范作业流程等优化运输组织的措施,对确保株洲站运输畅通和提高旅客列车正点率具有实际意义。

Targeting with general situations and actual operation status of Zhuzhou Station, this paper analyzes the problems existing in transport organization of the Station, such as the influence of distribution of station yard equipments and facilities on transport capacity, the intensive transport capacity in peak period caused by unbalanced arrival and departure, and time exceeding of train technical operation. Based on these problems, the paper puts forward the measures on optimizing transport organization, including： adjusting operation routes of partial passenger trains, implementing long routing of crossing-administrations crew pooling locomotives, adjusting standard of technical operation time and standardizing operation process, all of these measures have actual meaning on ensuring transport smoothness of Zhuzhou Station and increasing punctuality of passenger trains.
