铁路事故理赔工作经过多年的信息化建设,积累了大量有价值的数据资源,对各类铁路事故理赔数据充分挖掘和有效利用,是提高铁路事故理赔管理水平、增强保价业务竞争力的迫切需要。通过分析铁路事故理赔信息化现状及问题,阐述铁路事故理赔信息资源需求及建设原则,从事故理赔主题数据库设计、数据信息的传输和共享、数据资源的挖掘利用等方面提出铁路事故理赔信息资源规划,为铁路管理层提供保价运输辅助决策,为货主提供快速查询、投诉建议及理赔服务。

The work of railway accident compensation, through information establishment for many years, have accumulated a lot of valuable data source, have fully taped and effectively used each data of railway accident compensation, and have been an emergent demand for increasing management level of railway accident compensation and enhancing competitiveness of value- insured industry. Through analyzing the informationization status Of railway accident compensation and its problems, this paper expounds the information source demand and establishment principle of railway accident compensation, and puts forward information source planning of the compensation from the aspects of subject database design of the compensation, transmission and sharing of data information as well as tapping and using of data source, all of these could provide auxiliary decisionmaking of value-insured industry for railway management level and also provide rapid query, complaints proposals and compensation service for shipper.
