摘要
针对目前水利水电工程中跨心墙运输施工问题,采用心墙表面铺设垫层工法,通过三维有限元法进行计算,以半波正弦荷载表示车辆荷载,研究了跨心墙运输过程中心墙的工作性态。结果表明,心墙仅在与反滤料接触的局部区域发生剪切破坏,且破坏深度随垫层厚度的增加按指数关系减小,为实际跨心墙运输施工时选择经济合理的垫层厚度提供了依据。
At present,transportation across core-wall is a common problem during construction of earth dam.Laying cushion on the surface of the core-wall is a widely used construction method.To analyze the real working condition of transportation across the core-wall,three-dimensional FEM model is built to simulate transportation and the vehicle load is simulated by half-sin wave load.The results show that shear damage of core-wall occurs near the filter material and its depth decreases with thicker cushion.Thus,it can be used for choosing the reasonable thickness of cushion for transportation across core-wall.
