改进灰色关联度算法在地区能源—经济—环境系统协调关系中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统灰色关联度算法分析能源—经济—环境系统关系存在的缺陷问题,提出了一种改进的灰色关联度算法,满足了序列的保序效应和算法的规范性,并以某地区能源—经济—环境系统协调性研究为例,利用该算法分别研究了能源与经济、经济与环境和能源与环境等二元系统的协调关系以及能源—经济—环境三元系统的协调关系,并将计算结果与传统算法进行比较。结果表明,改进的算法合理、可行;影响该地区能源经济环境系统协调性的重要因素是能源消费布局,在该地区范围内推广电能替代政策对能源经济环境系统的协调发展起着至关重要的作用。 Concerning the deficiencies of traditional gray correlation algorithm for analysis of the relationship of ener- gy-economy-environment systems, an improved gray correlation algorithm was introduced, which meets the order-preser ring effect of the sequence and the normative of the algorithm. And then it is applied to research the coordinating relations of energy-economy-environment system, such as energy and economy, economy and environment, energy and environ ment. Furthermore, the coordinating relations of ternary system energy-economy-environment were studied. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the results show that an improved algorithm is reasonable and feasible; an important factor influencing the coordination of energy economy-environment systems in the region is energy consumption distribution. So, the promotion of alternative energy policy plays an important role in the coordinated development of economy environment systems.
